Tender is the heart at night

The night is tender not because life is made of peace and ease. The night feels tender because you have been through too much during the day and now you've grown tougher and are able to stand up to all the coming challenges. But just not until the morning dawns again. The day extends your limits, and the night teaches you to let go for a while.
